I've installed PICFLASH 7.01 and USB18PRG.exe for I work under Basic Vista with its
32 bits O.S. Otherwise, when I build and program a source, I get the following
Windows message: " Cannot communicate with hardware. Please ensure that device is
attached to USB bus and that the drivers are correctly installed - accès refusé."
